| Petition Title: | Citizen and Tax Payer William Treacy, evidence of services paid for with Public Money and those who knew that some of these services were not being delivered but continued to pay further Public money wrongly. Then lied, misled, covered up, relayed factually incorrect deceptive, dishonest misleading information to deliberately deceive Ministers, PAC, and all who queried. Even the ISPCA were expected to deliver services which were already paid for but not delivered = double fraud of the Public. Minister for Agriculture, Food and Marine did cover up for the wrong doing by others in his letter dated 02-11-2011 which I consider a criminal action |
