| Petition Text: | Allow the heads of the former royal families of Ireland to be recognised officially as constituent monarchs. A constituent monarch is a monarch who is not a monarch of a sovereign state. They are common in African republics. As I understand it, the constitution does not allow titles of nobility, but would allow constituent monarchs, as they are monarchs rather than nobility. |
