| Petition Text: | 1. I, Luis Manuel Muegues Acosta (Colombian national"Applicant"), entered Ireland via the airport of Cork coming from Spain on Sunday 19th July, 2015, at 14:151 See Flight Spain Cork, joining his Spanish wife Elena Flores Alba using the rights to enter and reside in Ireland for up to three months provided in the Directive 2004/38/EC(“the Directive”).
2. Applicant and his wife, just fallowing landing in Ireland, have presented on that day to the operating immigration officer (1002) the following documents3:
1. Original Colombian passport of Applicant,
2. Original Spanish Residence Permit of Applicant ("Residence card of a family member of a Union citizen" referred to in Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Directive),
3. Original International Spanish Marriage Certificate of both spouses and
4. Original Spanish ID card4 and passport of Elena Flores Alba,
and after some discussion about the entitlement to take up employment of Applicant between the officer and Applicant, the officer placed an entry stamp in the passport of Applicant and a second stamp in the same passport page 19 (See copy of stamps5 ) stating, inter alia, expressly the wording:
“NO UNAUTHORISED WORK BUSINESS”
3. The officer took a picture of Applicant with his camera and registered applicant in the Immigration System at the “Anglesea Street”. He granted permission to remain in Ireland for the purpose of “Employment” for 90 days (until 19th of October 2015. See copy of stamp). Applicant and his wife are currently residing in Cork, in the above mentioned address. |
