He also fears that the pollution could have disastrous consequences on the health of his four children. He indicates that he has already unsuccessfully referred the matter to the relevant Irish agricultural, environmental and veterinary authorities and is accordingly seeking action by the European Parliament to ensure compliance with the relevant EU provisions. |
